Publisher and Advertiser Terms and conditions
I. Applying
To be eligible as a Affiliates Media Publisher your website must meet the following criteria:
a) A USA Based Publisher/Network unless otherwise stated by administrator.
b) Proxy or System detection services enabled to block fraudulent or unwanted traffic.
c) One account per publisher no sharing of accounts are permitted.
c) Domain name no less than one year old or proof of industry experience.
d) Fully completed Website not "Under Construction".
II. Service
Affiliates Media will provide, create, and manage any creative campaigns provided by our partners free of charge.
a) Only approved links or creatives can be used on our platform.
b) Third party brokering is prohibited unless otherwise stated by administrator
c) Myspace advertising is not permitted on any active/expired campaigns on our network.
d) Our software/applications may not be used on any other campaigns outside our network.
e) Publishers testing or completing ones own campaigns will not be tolerated.
III. Confidentiality
We reserve the rights to any information relating to your members account upon acceptance. Your in agreement that any information disclosed on our
network will never be handed out to a third party person,blogger, or review site (Reviews based upon our performance our excluded). Screenshots of any kind
will not be handed out to other networks as references to their application process. Contact your affiliate manager and necessary documents will be handed out
to your other networks If necessary.
IV. Liability
Affiliates Media and its employees our not liable for any loss of wages, late payments from advertisers, and violation by you and your sub-Affiliates.
We however do encourage our publisher to commonly and discreetly dispute any third party issues that may arise between advertisers. We If necessary
will act as a mediator for both parties to an extent of the situation.
V. Termination
Affiliates Media maintains the ability to cancel or update our terms at any time. If a change may ever occur we will alert you 5 days in notice before any updates
are applied. Any publisher caught bashing or complaining about our networks performance will result and a automatic determination with no reasons specified.
Active members ever caught breaking the above terms and conditions will recieve an email explaining the cause of termination and will have one chance at a appeal.
We however do not appeal any member who openly commits campaign fraud.
VI. Privacy Policy
Affiliates Media maintains our members privacy and will never sell, distribute, and or black list any members private information.
